Dynamic Translation toggle is off in SOW

Hi All,

we are migrating to SOW and observed that Dynamic Translation toggle on chat window is coming as false/disabled.

Earlier, we were on Agent Workspace and it is working absolutely fine fine. 

Could you please help in confirming which configuration setting need to be updated to make it active for SOW.

Thank you for replying @Akansha Gupta , I have raised the case last night. Still waiting for them to acknowledge.
Meanwhile if possible can you please share the fix which helped you guys.
