Email layout is not translating

Hi All,

 

I am using static translation for notification. I am facing one issue here. I have translated notifications, Email template and layout into Simple Chinese but when we go to email logs only notification is translated, email layout still showing in English. 

I have go through various articles and understand that there is issue with layout translation but not clear about the solution. Please help me here how we can get Email layout in Simple Chinese.

To use translation notifications simple create different notifications, template and email layout. One for english and one other language with same conditions just exclude the user language so it will help to not trigger the notifications twice.

If you have 2 supported languages it may work but imagine doing that for e.g. 8 different languages...

That's exactly why we now have the ability to translation notifications either statically or dynamically (new for Tokyo+). If you check our "In-Platform Language Support Guide" there's a section on it,

@Brijmohan,

have you set up either a "setting" in LF for each of those artifacts, or enabled Dynamic Translation for notifications?
