Hi,
I have installed plugin and using Microsoft spokes for Dynamic translation. But my scenario is -
1. The user preferred language is German and short description was written in English. But its showing as "This content is written in your preferred language. No need to translate."
2. While I'm giving SD as German and user language is also German. The text is getting translated to English.
So, always only English language is getting triggered in my case. Let me know any solution for this.
Thanks,
RIpunjai.

@Community Alums,
Check the [sys_user_preference] table, where there's a preference for the user you are using where the preference is called "user.language", if the value is "en" for English, change it to "de" then try again.
- This preference is supposed to sync with what-ever value is in the [sys_user].preferred_language field, but it's possible that in a rare edge case it is out of sync,
Many thanks,
kind regards

Hi @Alex Coope - SN ,
Tried to change the value from en to de. But no luck. It didn't work. Facing the same issue. "No need to translate". Any other possibility?
Thanks,
Ripunjai.

@Community Alums,
Did you set Microsoft as the Language Detector and Translator in your Dynamic Translation settings?
Many thanks,
Kind regards

Hi @Alex Coope - SN ,
Yes. Microsoft was Active true for Language detector and translator.
Thanks,
