Best SDK Tool(s) | Mobile Web Browser Emulation

As we build out our Service Now instance, we are going to want to test the appearance of Service Now across the entire gamut of mobile devices or, to be more realistic, most common/popular mobile devices.

We are currently in the process of researching which will be the best development tool or tools to test the mobile browsers. We will of course have access to numerous physical devices, but we will want to test a wider spectrum of device types, screen sizes,

I have personally used Eclipse in the past which allows me to change makes/models of mobile devices and screen sizes which is very useful. Which tool(s) do you guys use / recommend?

The Chrome browser has decent mobile device emulation, more info on that can be found here:

https://developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/device-mode

If you're a Mac user, the iOS Simulator that comes with XCode provides a good simulation of iOS devices

https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/IDEs/Conceptual/iOS_Simulator_Guide/

The ServiceNow mobile UI can also be viewed using Chrome or Firefox   by browsing to <instance>.service-now.com/$m.do.   This won't be an exact match for look and feel, but it will allow you to use the browser's console tools to troubleshoot mobile issues.

Additional info found : Mobile Simulator

But not exactly what I am looking for.

Just seeing this, but just used https://appthwack.com/   to test an Android app on the top 25 Android devices.     It gives some screen shots, and full logging info for each device you choose.   Another one for easy Android emulators is www.genymotion.com.
