How to extend and create new table in CMDB

I need help regarding 

Name(Exists)	Extend Table(Need add CI)	New Table Label	New Table Name
ZOOM	cmdb_ci	Calling	cmdb_ci_calling

Need to do above ,How i can achieve, please help into that .

You can use the CI Class Manager to extend existing CMDB tables.

What is use of product model?

Do i need to extend CMDB_CI table for product model?

No, as product models are not part of the CMDB hierarchy.

Is there a way to add/update CI Class in the model category,

In case if already created, then how can it update ci class? How to create new cmdb_ci_class(CI Class)?
