Acc agents

Hi All

I am facing some issue with agent client collector. Agents are deployed and are visible into "sn_agent_cmdb_ci_agent" table but below are the points I observed on which I need help. What could be reason and How can we correct it.
1. Why different agents(2-3 agents) are refencing to same host ci?
2. Why are Host Ci are showing as Empty even the host data collection is showing Collected and Status is Up?
3. Why the agent data collection is showing collection failed.

@ssr99 it looks that ACC Agetns were reinstalled several times on the same host? Everytime you reinstall it, it will create new agent. So you will see the same host for two ACC Agents, however one will be UP, second DOWN.
