Hi All.
I have reviewed the following two tables on the instance, and confirmed the subscription unit ratios and the counts for licenses.
ITOM Licensing CI Counts (itom_lu_ci_counts)
ITOM Licensing Category MetaData (itom_lu_category_metadata)
Based on the above information, could you kindly provide me with the following details?
1.Do you have any documentation that lists the subscription unit ratios and the counts for licenses mentioned above?
2.Could you please provide information on the AWS services that are covered by the ITOM Discovery license?
3.Could you also provide information on the public cloud services (such as Azure, GCP, etc.) that are covered by the ITOM Discovery license?

Hi Kazuki San,
Check out ServiceNow's official ITOM Cloud Licensing Estimator (CLE) app - it is in beta / preview right now.
The app calculates count of resources and provides a report giving count of all resources and the ratio calculation.
Here's a short video that explains this tool created by the product BU - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTQIa84nVMs
Pl install CLE in sub-production and check the estimates this provides. Do let us know your feedback.
As for your other question - you can get all ServiceNow pattern details in this xl sheet.
