Closing alert should resolve incident automatically

In event management settings closing alerts was set to resolve incidents automatically but i see no incidents getting resolved though the alert is closed?

Hi Revanth,

Did you check value set with property : (evt_mgmt.alert_closes_incident) already. Another option is also you can write a BR for closing INC when an alert is set to "Closed"

Closing alert will resolve incident. But none of my incidents are resolved associated with closed alerts.
