Hi Experts,
Currently customer is using Orlando release and have CMDB dashboard in the environment so we have noticed in the CMDB view that there is one message "Failure Threshold Reached" for duplicate correctness metrics. Please find below snap for your reference,
I have even changed the value of threshold for the number of duplicate CIs(in Duplicate CI Remediator Properties) from default(1000) to 1,00,000 (value suggested by customer as they having lots of duplicate data in the environment). Also ran the CMDB Health dashboard job for CMDB Health Dashboard - Correctness Score Calculation as well but still I can see the message which is showing in above snap.
Kindly suggest me something on this so that we can set the highest limit there and get rid of the message.

Hi,
That happens when you have large number of CI failing into that particular metric.
I have seen this before to solve this what we have done is: Increase the staleness property value from 60 to 300 or so.
Second we keep running this jobs and after few tens of runs we get the result. best thing is to increase the metric value for staleness from 60 to large value.
For duplicate also i would say the IRE engine is seeing more CI failing that metric.
