To discovery SNA and NAS storage devices:
What is the SMI-S provider to collect SAN and storage information.
Is there a list of SMI-S provider/application available for each storage type?
Does ServiceNow provide the list of supported SMI-S providers for the different storage devices.

SMI provider is usually part of storage device management software. These days all major storage vendors offer smi services which can be enabled on storage device from their management UI. For vendors who do not offer these, setup can be installed on a separate server (like windows server). Your storage team should be aware of this configuration. If not, they can refer to individual product information on how to enable SMI-s services for each product type.
Once done, you'll need credentials ( local or domain based smi-s credentials setup for each smi-s provider). If individual storage device has it's own smi-s service running, each will require a credential configured ( you can keep user id/password same if creating local credentials)

I have not seen ServiceNow providing supported SMI-s providers as these are part of individual storage product configuration and varies for each vendor. Storage product vendors usually provides details of what SMI-s version they support.
Refer SNIA website for latest SMI-s version - https://www.snia.org/tech_activities/standards/curr_standards/smi
For Brocade switches, are you using any central management software? If yes, same access configuration can be applied to get switch data.
