Yes you do as the MID Server is the means through which data gets into ServiceNow

We want to integrate intune using Microsoft Graph API and am following this link - https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_article&sys_id=62f47fe9db71fc547d3e02d5ca9619f5

And there is no option to tag MID Server and how do i do this ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Technically it's not required. Both ServiceNow and Microsoft graph API can talk to each other without mid-server since both of them are cloud technologies. But ServiceNow added a requirement in graph connectors to have a mid server same as how the cloud management module requires a mid server.

Basically, with the use of MId Server Servicenow let the connectivity things between your company and Microsoft graph API

Vivek

Thanks for the information. I am following this link - https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_article&sys_id=62f47fe9db71fc547d3e02d5ca9619f5 to integrate intune with ServiceNow and there is no option to configure MID Server. Please help.
