Dynatace Service Graph Integration missing CIs

I have integrated Dynatrace using Service Graph Connector. The instance is getting all information about Dynatrace problems, but Dynatrace team complains not all CIs (for example servers) are being populated in CMDB. Any idea what it might be? (already checked tags and service types).

Is it using IH ETL? 

 

if yes then check the mapping, check the preview data, run it and you will be able to see if it has any errors.

Dynatrace team complains not all CIs (for example servers) are being populated in CMDB--> My 2 cent on this

 

(1) WHat all CI class data is coming make a list and see if any CLass specific data is not present?

(2) Data for ALL CI class is coming then some of the CI data is not coming for Given CLass.

 

You can Check LOGS for above 2 scenarios . Also you can use CMDB Dashboard for better visibility of error etc.
