Dynatrace event management bi-directional integration

The simplest solution for us to use is Dynatrace Push connector for integrating Dynatrace events to ServiceNow EM. However, from the docs it’s not clear whether this can be a bi-directional integration. Since it explicitly says Push connector is it safe to assume this is uni-directional? Or can this be configured as bi -directional? The customer would like to capture the event acknowledgments that are being sent from Dynatrace to ServcieNow EM due to SLAs. Later on these would be converted into Alerts and Incidents. Incidents have to posted back to Dynatrace as well.

I am aware there are two other ways this can be a bi-directions (Service Graph and Dynatrace incident app). Any suggestions on how can we use the Dynatrace event management to make it bi-directional?

thank you!

Bi-directional would have to be a custom solution.  You can build Flows in servicenow using the dynatrace API to write back Alert/Incident and status from SN back to the problem record in Dynatrace.

There was a recent webinar about this integration hosted by Dynatrace in the last couple of weeks and I asked in Dynatrace was working on adding in this Bi-directional functionality into their app.  There didn't seem to be any roadmap from the Dynatrace side on this solution.
