Dear All,
Hope you all are keeping well.
I have a query with regards to discovery. When the device is discovered, I am able to classify but I am not able to identify the device with the CMDB CI name. However when I check the discovery log, I get the following error.
Identification Engine errors: See
<a href="/nav_to.do?uri=/$identificationLogs%3Fcontext_
id%3D10e7cf9cdb5ddc14acd1a895ca96197e" target="_blank"><u>Identification Logs</u></a>
.
The proposed solution defined: In case the discovered CI is included CI (such as Tomcat WAR) check if there are multiple records with name 'Contains::Contained by' in cmdb_rel_type table. Found multiple dependent relation items [{"parent":2,"child":0,"type":"Contains::Contained by"}] and [{"parent":1,"child":0,"type":"Contains::Contained by"}] in payload

Now when I check in the relationship table I get the duplicate relationship type,
but I am not able to understand which one to delete.Attached
screenshot for your reference.
Can soneone assist urgently.

Hello Ashutosh,
Thank you so much for your response. it seems even though I delete the relationship and try rediscover the error is back again. Is there any other way that you have seen it working ?

HI,
Have you check identifiers in your system?
Which class is causing this issue?
Thanks,
Ashutosh

Yes the identifiers are correct as the other devices in the LINUX class are working fine it is only 3 to be precise that is showing issues.
