Field Label: Help vs. Hint vs. URL

Hi,

Is there anyone familiar with the field label:
- Help
- Hint
- URL

On the wiki page, the explanation is only for Hint (that works), the URL sounds adding the ? icon, but I don't know how to use the Help field.

It says in the doco for the field label table that the Help field is "Reserved for future use":
