Hi All,
We do not have "sn_si.analyst" role added to property "glide.ui.can_search" but still analyst user's are able to see global search option.
Please suggest what can be the reason.

Hi @Pranali18 ,
Removing roles from the sys property "glide.ui.can_search" and removing roles from Search group should work if it is not working please raise a HI case they can help you with this.
Also, could you please cross verify, whether users with analyst role dosen't have any other roles for which the global search access is enabled ? for example user might have both analyst and itil so itil role might be giving access.
