Hi Everyone,
I am currently implementing a Qualys CertView integration in ServiceNow to manage the certificate lifecycle for a large-scale environment. I have run into a few technical and process-related roadblocks and would appreciate insights from anyone who has implemented this before.
The Current Setup: We have installed the Qualys plugin for ServiceNow to sync certificate data into the cmdb_ci_certificate table. We are currently filtering for "Leaf" certificates with an "Issued" status to keep our CMDB clean.
The Challenges:
Missing Data (EKU & Serial Number): Despite the plugin being active, we are unable to pull the Enhanced Key Usage (EKU) and Serial Number attributes from Qualys. These fields are blank in our ServiceNow records but available in the Qualys console.
Question: Has anyone successfully modified the OOB Qualys Data Source or Transformation Map to pull these specific attributes? Is there a specific REST API endpoint we should be targeting to fetch these?
