How do i add incident tickets to visual task boards ? - Can some one please help ?

Hi Dinesh,
Once you have filtered list of Incidents, then click on Context menu and select "Show visual task board"
It would appear as shown below:

Hi dinesh,
Try to navigate to the incidents table on the left hand navigator and open incidents( Service Desk>Incidents). Once you open the incident right click on the list columns and you could able to see "Show Visual Task Board"( see screen shot below), click on it and VTB is created for you.

Hi ,
i have created a visual task board on my profile...Now I want to replicate the same task board for all my colleague's(~10) ..Can some share the process for mirroring the dashboard for other user profiles ?
