Hello All,
I have only one attribute configured as mandatory i.e. company and there are around 8 to 9 attributes are defined as recommended attribute. I know lot of them are not populated still system shows 97% complete for completeness dashboard. How exactly this calculation works ?
Thank you.

The completeness KPI, consists of the metrics required fields and recommended fields. By default, those metrics are configured to contribute 60% and 40% respectively to the aggregated score of the completeness KPI.
Reasons for High Completeness Score:
- Mandatory attributes carry more weight (e.g., 60%). If those are populated, the score is already high.
- Recommended attributes are weighted less (e.g., 40%). Missing a few has limited impact.

The completeness score is calculated based on the relative weight of mandatory and recommended attributes. Since you have only one mandatory attribute (company) and several recommended ones, the system gives a much higher weight to the mandatory field. Once the mandatory attribute is populated, it significantly boosts the overall completeness percentage, even if many recommended fields are empty—hence the 97% score despite missing data.
