Huawie Storage Discovery Setup ?

Iam discovering Huwaie Storage devices for my client, i have requested for Port Opening 427,5988,5989 and requested CIMs creds with admin access. 

Please guide on what else is required for Huwaie Storage devices Discovery?, do i need SIM-S Agent installation if so what should i request ? what additional ports needed to be opened ? Kindly guide with all details ...

Were you able to implement the discovery ? Is it something similar to Mass storage device discovery ? What was your approach?

Nope, still working on the requirements. i planned to use SIMs agent for discovery. 

R u also doing the same ? were are you struck ?

What it will take to get discovery implemented for Mass Storage Device Class CIs?

Currently the Mass Storage Class CIs are not being discovered. Currently they're only 51 manually added CIs but if discovery can be implemented and subnets added to a schedule more CIs may be added and current manually added CIs will be updated regularly.  

Can you suggest any approach or is it worth of all the efforts?

Servicenow does not support Storage discovery for Huwaie Dorado and OceanStore as of today. But may be in future releses. We can use SIMs discovery to discover all lower level CI of storage devices but you wont be able to identify parent Storage server.
