When do you say connect, what you want to do.

You can configure the SNS to send email to the servicenow instance.

Here you can configure inbound email actions to create a event/any other record as per requirement

Ajinkya, if you can state clearly what you are attempting here it will be easier to give pointed directions. is this for setting up updates to CMDB from AWS or something else?
