Received below error while discovered the devices
Please tell me the solution ,also if want to check port open , kindly tell me how to check port open as am new to this module

Hello Sukran,
This is because the device is not active while discovery is trying to discover. You should try pinging the device through any of the mid server .(ping 10.*****). If the device is active check for the port to be open.....

Most likely its that your mid server requests are being blocked or that it doesn't have a route to the IP ranges you defined. Some handy troubleshooting tips can be found here

1 device isn't alive
2 IP address blocked by firewall
