In Intune integration cancelled with this error- HTTP return status code was 504?

Hi, 504 error is a gateway timeout error, but unfortunately your post contains no information regarding your configuration, where\how this occurred or the script\API message that resulted in the timeout.
Perhaps you could update this thread with clear details of your diagnostics, configuration and any scripting\code involved (as plain text), so that the community is in a better position to review and advise.
