Is anyone else having trouble updating their profile or replying to content?

Any time I try to update my profile, I fill in all the required fields, but it still tells me it can't perform the update.   It tells me to see the form for errors, but there are none.

Similarly, I've tried to reply to multiple pieces of content and it tells me that it could not be posted.   It states that I "may have logged out", but I'm clearly logged in.

Both errors occur in Firefox, Chrome, and IE.


Anyone else experiencing anything similar?

Turns out the Jive platform requires user names of 3 characters and higher.   No more will I be known by the enigmatic "R"

The only issue I had was with it had asked what applications I'm currently using and until I told the help dialogs to go away parts of the page seemed to disappear.

Could you provide a screenshot of the error message you are seeing? All required fields must be filled in and certain fields require a certain format, such as company website needs to have "https://" in front in order to register as being filled out.



I would try clearing your cache, formally logging out and logging back in. It seems you were able to upload a profile picture and an avatar which is a good sign. It could just be a blip.
