ITOM Discovery Fundamentals On Demand: Module 6 - Task: Create iTunes Process Classifier

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to complete this task from Discovery Fundamentals, module 6 - Task: Create iTunes Process Classifier. Please see attached images for reference with regards to the requirements.

The problem is I wasn't able to validate the task due to the error shown:

I was able to configure the Process Classifier and I have a working credentials for my MID server.

But it's still failing when I'm validating the task. Is there anyone who encountered the same issue? If yes, were you able to resolve it and how?

Thank you!

After troubleshooting with support representative, we determined that this is a MID server issue and they're currently working on it. I would recommend that if issue still persist for future takers of this course, consider raising a support case.

Hi @Vee Jay Recana,

could you already resolve this issue? I'm running into the same problem ..

Greetings

Matthias

Still cannot complete this part. I can't see any post/articles that could help me with this.

Yes, same here .. Seems like there is no iTunes process running on this server.

I'll let you know if i can find something out!

I am unable to complete this step as well. It seems there is no active processes running on the windows server at all. Maybe contacting support is the way to go?

I am trying to complete it as well and I am unable to. When I look at the windows server information it seems like there is no active processes running at all. I think contacting support might be the way to go.
