Hi Experts!
Our MID Server use AD Domain account to "logon as a service" on the MID Server service.
We had noticed that our AD account keeps getting locked out, hence we are replacing the same with the new account.
The account we use below is an AD Account,
I performed the below steps:
1). I replaced the logon account with the new domain account
2). Provided the new user access to ServiceNow MID DServer agent folder with full rights
3)/ Do I need to do something else? Do I need to set up credentail record in servicenow?

Go to credentials and try to test the credentials with the already present service account. If it dose not work then you just need to delete the old service account and create a new one on servicenow.
