We are testing Azure cloud discovery in our environment. We already have Cloud Management configured for AWS and it is working fine. However, for Azure we are running into an issue. Whenever we click on discovery datacenter we are getting an error - Could not resolve mid server for API request
Any help / pointers to troubleshoot would be appreciated.
Thanks In Advance

Hi ,
Please check the mid capabilities under the MID Server and ensure that Azure is added to the capabilities. if MID capability is set is to 'ALL' both AWS and Azure discovery should work.
Thanks,
Meenakshi.

Hi,
Basically it makes use of capabilities and application supported and then ip ranges.

We have followed this but no luck. Opened a ticket with ServiceNow. Let me see if they can figure out 🙂
