I checked with Customer as well as other people in my organization. Also some colleagues from my existing company. None of them are having access to below KB article.
KB0782052: Machine Learning Engine installation and configuration for self-hosted customers.
Is it possible to make public?

It should work as-is. Do you already have Discovery in place?
Discovery should be able to capture running processes and TCP/IP connections. Over time, you’ll start seeing machine learning-based suggestions as well.

Thanks for replying. We have discovery in place. But don't we need ML Engine Capability enabled (ML engine installed & configured) on On-Premise ServiceNow instance to see ML based suggestions?

Do not install service mapping plus store app. It will not do ML based mapping

Customer already installed Service Mapping Plus plugin. I am looking for concrete documentation which supports ML based Service Mapping on On-Premise ServiceNow instance.
