Need to add the URL in the utilities in alerts page in SOW

I need to add a url in Utilities in service operations workspace, attached  screenshot for reference, Please let me know if anyone knows.

when we go to the SOW workspace and open a alert record I can see utilities with google url , So the requirement is the URL is dynamic and its in the alert description, we have to take the url from the alert description and post in utilities to go to the url easily. Hope you understand my requirement.
