Hi Vipin,
Its good to see you have brought up this discussion.
Currently we are planning to integrate ServiceNow with Nlyte.
Could you please provide us few leading links which you think it will help us to configure the initial handshake to integrate and retrieve data?
Kind Regards,
Surendar M

Hi,
We did some tests in our integration environnement (Jakarta) a couple of months ago.
We were able to synchronize data from Nlyte to ServiceNow
We are now trying to go live but have issues : Synchronization from Nlyte to our production instance says Unable to load data: Access denied.
We had to create a SNOW user for Ws (soap) authentification but nobody can tell which roles should be given to this user
Any idea ?

We are going through a similar exercise at my company. any help figuring out all the mappings would be amazing, i cant believe that the backend structure is vastly different between companies. does anyone have a nlyte mapping/configuration thats working that they can share to help us get going?

The roles would be greatly helpful as well, we gave the roles nlyte suggested, but we seem to need to give more, temporarily i gave the service account ITIL role, but this seems to be overkill in my opinion, i think more granular role granting should be sufficient without using an ITIL license.
