Hi @Rahul Priyadars ,

 

As I installed Operational Intelligence which is related to event management. I want to know how the anomaly alerts are created and is there any configuration we need to do to create an anomaly alert.

After installing the operational intelligence plugins "Performance Analytics - Content Pack - Operational Intelligence", I couldn't find any module related to Operational intelligence other than OI dashboard. Could you please suggest me the plugins required for Operational intelligence?

Please note Metric Intelligence is the new name of Operational Intelligence.

 

Please refer to the doc below, to install metric intelligence plugins, and configure anomalies.

The following plugins are required to configure operational intelligence.

  • Metric Intelligence(sn_metrics_ng)
  • Performance Analytics - Content Pack for Operational Intelligence (com.snc.sa.metric.pa.content) (Yes it only contain OI dashboard)

    After installing both plugins, you will be able to view all of the tables in the Event Management module, including anomaly alert promotion rules, metric types, metric sources, anomaly alerts, metric to ci mapping, scheduled jobs to run the OI dashboard, and more. You can customize the generation of anomaly alerts to meet your needs. 

    You can refer to servicenow "    Components installed with Metric Intelligence"
