Overview tab is not loading in Operator workspace

Hi All,
The Overview tab is not loading in operator workspace for the group alerts ( CMDB, Automated and Secondary ) .
If the custom Access Control (ACL) and updated the condition as Assignment group - is ( Dynamic ) - One of my groups enabled. We require this rule as part of our requirement.
The itil and evt_mgmt_operator roles are there for that ACL.
Kindly let us know how we can resolve this without removing the ACL condition, also the condition is on alert table then how is it affecting overview tab in workspace.
I have attached the screenshot of ACL and overview tab for your reference.
Note : ITs loading fine for Admin users not for the operator users.

Hi
Don't see it as an ACL issue first of all.
It could be a UI view issue.
Check the list view - noc_user_view.LIST and sort it by Updated (if the field is not there in list view configure it or use Add sort)
once you have the list filtered, can you check when was the last update made?
And also, compare it with the date when this issue started happening. That way, you can diagnose, if the user view change is the reason behind it. If the dates match, check the updates done, revert back to the old state, validate if the issue is gone and redo that development without breaking the existing functionality.
NOTE - Check if there is a new user view created for Operator Workspace, if yes, then check if the View is configured as Private (this may limit the visibility).
