Hi,

 

Can someone please verify the plugin list for discovery, event management & service mapping also if someone can provide plugins for these connectors - SolarWinds, vcenter etc.

 

Also help if all these need to be raised via HI portal

Plugin List is correct as per your Original post.

For Above 3 (Vcenter,Solarwinds,IR Collector) are you planning to consume events in EM module?

In EM module you will have >15 connectors available you need to configure Connector Instances for those for Oulling data.

Hi,

Yes this is correct list of plugins required for ITOM.

If you are planning to install on customer environment then you need to raise a HI ticket.

Also you can check the documentation and consult ServiceNow support team with your requirements to get detailed licensing and cost information. You may not need some of these plugins.

yes on client's dev instance that means need to request plugin and raise via hi support
