Prod Discovery Models Missing Software Model Links (Dev Fine)

Hi team,

In our ServiceNow prod instance (Washington DC), many discovery models (cmdb_sam_sw_discovery_model) are missing software models (cmdb_software_product_model). Dev instance shows proper linkage.

What is the gap?

Hi @dd31 

Naviagate to Software Asset > Normalize > Discovery Models

Check in prod  whether Software Model field is populated ( compare dev and prod)

Validate whether Normalization Status set to Active
