We have many members of each group and we want a report on all incidents opened by members of a particular group. The only way we are able to run the report is to filter:
"Opened by - is - Brian - OR Opened by - is - Craig - OR Opened by - is - Alex - OR and so on..."
Is there a way to filter "Opened by - is - a member of 'Service Desk'?"
This is an old post but definitely informative so early thanks to everyone who has contributed. What are the additional settings for the script include? I'm on Helsinki but want to give this a test. Does the script include need to be client callable and available to all application scopes?
yes, it needs to be callable and making it available to all app scopes wouldnt hurt. Save you having to recreate it should you need to at a later date.
