Need to link a SAP GRC request with a SNOW request
we have couple of options and process flow is
Option 1
Save a SNOW request --> on save , trigger a SAP GRC ARM (ACCESS REQUEST FORM) (synchronous call ) and get the GRC#.
Trigger a url using this grc# , fill a parameter in a web dynpro component to allow users to edit the details of the GRC form
SNOW development TO trigger the save and url
interface to SAP
Option 2 - --- PREFERRED----
Provide a form in s now in an iview just like in GRC , fill the details via services to SAP GRC based on requester like name / address / supervisor etc
On save of the SNOW request --> trigger a webservice SAP GRC ARM (ACCESS REQUEST FORM) (synchronous call ) and get the GRC# AND update the same on the incident.
SNOW development
interface to SAP
Option 3
Start the process in GRC , provide a link to create SAP GRC request via ECC and on save
trigger a webservice to SNOW to create an incident and link the GRC# to this incident/ request=
interface to SAP
NO SNOW development
Waiting to hear back , thanks
Joseph

I am exactly stuck at the same point, hope you can provide your suggestion on this.
