In Past we have used few SAAS Applications like Service-Now, Ipass Dell Boomi etc .We created just an Application CI and Application Services CI which was able to fulfill our use casees.
Application CI- XYZ Customer Service Now
Application Services :-
XYZ Customer Service Now Dev
XYZ Customer Service Now QA
XYZ Customer Service Now Prod
Make this relationship also
Business Application | Consumes::Consumed BY | Application Services |
If you got the answer please close the Thread.

Hi
please provide more details and not only some pieces of knowledge without any context!!
That way I only can answer that you cannot create maps without all required infrastructure for an application. Or where is that application running on?

Hi Jyothi
When u say Vendor Based application--Is a SaaS kind of scenario and u r just using Application end point where u dnt have to worry about underlying Infra?

in that case its vendor SLA must be agreed for availability of those SAAS Application.
As a Consumer you must not be worried about how the SAAS application is configured and on what Infrastructure. You will be just consuming the Services and If there is any deviation in Availability SLA vendor will be answerable .
Hope this Clears
