Service Operations Workspace Integration Launchpad Update Set

The SOW Integrations Launchpad was used to create a custom integration. 

It was saved to an update set.

When we try to commit the update set to another instance, the integration wasn't showing in Integrations Launchpad.

I got an error related to cross-scope application permissions. 

The needed permission wasn't there, so I added it via an update set and tried again.

The error is gone but the integration still isn't showing in Integrations Launchpad. 

I tested in another instance and it works without issue. 

Has anyone encountered this before?
