I need some help. I activated the Service Operations Workspace but for some reason any non-IT user can't access the lists. If they go to the Agent Workspace, all the lists work fine, but in Service Operations Workspace, the lists never load.

That was close to it. There were two ACL's that were not created when the plug in was activated for some reason. HI support finally tacked it down to these two ACL's. Once they were created it works now:

Hi, Thanks for your post, especially the BIG RED ARROW 🏹 , I had a similar issue in the Vancouver release where an ITIL user could not view 'Lists' in Service Operations Workspace. I checked for somebody with the 'canvas_user' role, impersonated as them and it worked first time so I think that this role is potentially what we need to give the end user the ability to view the Lists. Anyways will see what happens and thank you for the post, appreciate it!
