Hello Experts,
We have to integrate ServiceNow with Nagios and Dynatrace (Event integration)
Please let me know if anyone has done using the OOTB connectors. Does it need any MID server ?
Any document would help. I have already gone through the configure connector sesction.
Regards,
Shalabh Gupta

If you have event management of service now you can configure it.
When we say does it need mid server- Yes in most of the cases as your monitoring tool is not accessible from Cloud service now so you need Mid Serer to reach. As Nagios connector is used to Pull data from Nagios so we need mid server. One query - Your Nagios Setup is On Premise or hosted in Public cloud and accessible from anwhere?
For Dynatrace you need to use this- https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/tokyo-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-manage...
Set up push notifications of events from Dynatrace into a ServiceNow instance - This do not need Mid Server as here Dynatrace will PUSH event to Service Now using REST ENd Point.
Hope This helps
