ServiceNow Incident update data/Splunk Integration

Hi all,

I am looking at options for our integration between ServiceNow and Splunk. Specifically, I am looking to see when incidents or tasks are updated in ServiceNow if the data is stored in a viewable location for Splunk. I would assume it is logged on the MID servers somewhere, but have been unable to find anything as of yet. Would this be logged anywhere?

We are on the ROME release of ServiceNow if that helps.
