Software installations not captured in Windows discovery

Hello Experts,

I am facing an issue where the general software installations are not captured in the Windows server I am scanning.

To be more specific: I am not seeing any softwares listed as in the below image.

Here, I am referring to the Windows server on which the Vcenter is installed.

Additional information: I am actually performing a Vcenter discovery and all VMs are discovered well.

SNOW version: Eureka

Please let know what should I do to get the software installed field to capture information from the Windows server?

That's very good up to now Means Discovery is actually asking to return the installed softwares on the Windows server. Can you verify that the record of the input type contains information about the found installed softwares on the machine and no specific error or warning messages?

I am able to see the following captures. If I am not wrong it is able to collect the data but some how not populate?

Stijn, its a long log. However, I don't see any visible error in it.

At the same time, I am not confident of diagnosing it thoroughly. Would you like to take a look?

You're right, the data is being collected. However; for some reason it doesn't populate. The sensor Windows - Installed Software in my screenshot below is linked to the Windows - Installed Software probe?

My screen is exactly showing the same as I see on your snapshot.

I am able to see the 'Windows - Installed Software' under the related sensors.
