I have successfully configured the SolarWinds integration plugin. The issue I am having is in SolarWinds I cannot see any incident details it is blank.
If I give the integration user the "admin" role all of the fields show up fine.
So it seems like it might be a ACL issue, does anyone know what ACL I should be looking at?
The integration user does have these roles w/ web service access only on.

refer these 2 tables which are part of SW Integration app
x_sow_intapp_incident_event
x_sow_intapp_incident_integration
You can check ACL on these table using this URL
https://YOURINSTANCE.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fsys_security_acl_list.do%3Fsysparm_userpref_module%3D4ec206740a0a0aa700b850e0337b2f00%26sysparm_clear_stack%3Dtrue
ACLS
Add Integration USER ITIL role , Also add ITIL user on WRITE ACLS.
It should work without admin

Granted the integration user the ITIL role and added the ITIL role to the write ACL on both those tables. Still doesn't work. Any other suggestions? The documentation doesn't state it needed more than just the role x_sow_intapp.integration_user role.

I don't see any errors, connection tests successfully. I just don't see anything in the incident details in the screenshot above w/o the admin role.
