Task 09: Remediate Duplicates

As the Cloud Dimensions CMDB administrator, using the Duplicate CI Remediator wizard (De-duplication tasks), remediate the duplicate Windows Server CI found on the de-duplication task list to meet the following requirements:

Solution: From the Windows Server list of records, verify there is only one record for Server OWA-SD-01 with the following attributes:

- Cost Center: Customer Support

- Company: ACME Australia

- Assigned to: Kyle Ferri

When I did mine, the only issue was that there was no assign to field on the merge screen. When done, you have to come back to the Main CI and update the Assign to field to Kyle Ferri. Once you do that, click on verify task and you should be fine..
