The Affected CI's related list in Change or incident table

The service now wiki talks about the Affected CI's related list but I can't find it when I try to personalize the forms.

https://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=Attaching_Configuration_Items_to_an_Incident

Anyone know how to add the field that allows multiple CIs for a change, incident or problem ticket?

Thanks,
Mike

From your screenshot, you are looking at a new Incident record.   Related Lists are not shown on new records.   They will appear once you saved the record.

However, if it is truly required, you can use an Embedded List instead - Embedded Lists - ServiceNow Wiki

Hi,

Are you talking about a tab that says IMPACTED SERVICES/CIs? That should be visible out of the box.

If not, you can right-click the header of your change form and add a related list. Search for IMPACTED SERVICES/CIs.

Right click on the header of the incident form - Personalize -> Related Lists.   Add the Affected CI's related list

Thanks, I now see it in related lists on the incident forms, but once it is chosen where does it show up?   I chose it but do not see it on the form. Where do the related lists show up on the form?

On the bottom of the form.
