Hi,

can someone pls help me on below issue. I am getting below error-

"Service mapping- The system failed to create an inclusion connection from CI (type:cmdb_ci_app_server_websphere). There is a containment rule for this CI type and a pattern which is associated with the contained item, but no inclusion connection created."

after the web server it should connect to JVM's- JVM's which are coming as default farm. and  under the JVM section the above msg is coming, Checked the pattern - pattern run successfully

please tell me what is the possibility to fix this ?

in handle error- its taking me to meta editor, have tried but no input?

Hi Sumeet,

I have the same issue.

servicenow discovery he system failed to create an inclusion connection from the CI (type: cmdb_ci_app_server_websphere). There is a containment rule for this CI type and a pattern which is associated with the contained item, but no inclusion connection created.

How did you solved it?
