Hi Roger,
Instances usually have a 4TB size limit with additional storage being purchasable in 1TB chunks. As always speak to your account manager as they'll be able to provide the specifics pertaining to your contract.

HI,
You would need to contact your ServiceNow Sales Representative for specifics around whether there are limitations for your specific instances. Depending on your contract there may be limitations around total volume of cases.
That being said, there are no general limits to the total size of the database for an instance, specifically. The database will grow to accommodate the volume of records being generated.
