Can anyone helps to explain what exactly are those "Router interface" CIs discovered by Discovery? What are those for? For e.g. I am looking at a Cisco NX-OS n7000 device, it is discovered to have 522 Router Interfaces, some of them have IP address and some don't..
Thanks.

One thing I would suggest you take a look at is whether or not Router Interfaces are something you want to run checks on for the CMDB Health Dashboard. Typically you will be running checks on things that you are managing and I would assume unless you are really interested in the network data that this wouldn't be something you would consider as part of your managed data set. Just a thought (often some of the information that comes back from the network discoveries is found to be not needed and ends up being fine tuned or turned off but you have to be careful so you can do proper Layer 2 topology for Service Mapping).
