Access profile and Access Needed

Hello, Two questions:

 

1. I am trying to complete an order guide, On the request on the SP, under "Access Profile" I select "SMSYardBoss", under "Access Needed" I should see "Aldata Suite-SMSYardBoss", but I see "No information found" On the Order Guide I opened "Rule Base" and opened the Rule page, "Access Profile" and "Access Needed" are filled in. Idk  why "Access Needed" is not populating.  The two other options "YardBoss" and "ScalesBoss" populate under "Access Needed"  after I select "Access Profile"

2. On the request on the SP, under "Access Profile", the options should be in the following order "ScaleBoss, YardBoss SMSYardBoss".  Under "Access Profile" and under "Order" I entered '1" for ScaleBoss, "2" for YardBoss and "3" for SMSYardBoss  However, the options so not display in this order.  Please see the screen shots.  Please help and thank you!

Hi @DeIvory Gordon,

 

1. 'Rule base' is used to determine which catalog items are included in the order guide (i.e. in the 'Choose Option' tab). So it has nothing to do with the "Access Needed" variable. Instead, you should be looking at either a Catalog Client Script or a Reference Qualifier on the "Access Needed' variable.

 

2. Can you post the screenshot of this configuration?
