We're having trouble setting up actionable notifications for Microsoft Teams. It seems the notification is sending into teams but is not giving us the option to reply to comments or accept approvals.

I installed the ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations plugin and it worked.

Hi
We followed the steps mentioned in to docs to enable actionable notifications in Microsoft Teams. We are getting the notification but we are not getting 'Send a Reply' or 'Accept/ Reject' button. Also, when I am updating only the additional comments in the incident, notification is not getting triggered. Below is the screenshot of approval email:
Please let me know if there is any additional configuration which I need to make so that I can update the 'comments' from Teams itself.
It would be a great assistance if you could help me. Thanks in advance.
